Eric Montanari Jr. joins the Nick Guiffre Team at Compass with $35,000,000 of professional real estate sales in and around Seven Mile Island and with a lifetime of residency in iconic Avalon and Stone Harbor. The Montanari family has become a pillar of the shore through their famous Fishin’ Pier Grille breakfast restaurants, one of which Eric runs with his sister, Nicole, in Stone Harbor.
